Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the VirelVPN apps, website and service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

VirelVPN provides encrypted VPN connections through servers we operate or rent around the world. We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but no network service can promise uninterrupted availability, and server locations may change as our infrastructure evolves.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account.
  • One account is for one person's devices. Reasonable simultaneous use across your own devices is fine; sharing your account or reselling access is not.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play.
  • New subscribers get a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • Prices shown are in US dollars; Google may show a converted price for your country.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use VirelVPN to:

  • break the law, including hacking, fraud, or distributing malware;
  • send spam or conduct abuse campaigns;
  • attack, probe, or disrupt the service itself or other users;
  • infringe others' rights, including sharing content you have no right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in these activities. Because we do not monitor your traffic, we act on abuse reports and technical signals, not surveillance.

Privacy

What we collect and how we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time; cancel your subscription in Google Play to avoid further charges. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

Nothing here removes the consumer-protection rights of the country you live in. If your local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, this section does not take that away.

Before any of that: write to support@virelvpn.com. Almost everything is faster to fix than to argue about.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will announce them in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
